If you are buying we will keep you informed of all selling changes that would effect your purchase.

• Home Marketing: We will make available all of our resources via listing services, internet marketing and buyer ? seller notices.

• We will submit your listing data to the Multiple Listing Service and to work in cooperation with our MLS to give your home maximum exposure either buying or selling.

• We will Pre-Qualify Buyers for you and eliminate the stress of waiting to see if a buyer actually can purchase. In today's economy that is extremely important to you as a seller.

• We will arrange open houses to help merchandise your home, when appropriate, and agreed to by you.

• Review my local advertising strategy with you and furnish advertising copy developed for your home.

• Keep you informed as to anything that is pertinent to your transaction at all times and to make myself available to you for questions continually throughout the listing period.

• Present you with all "Offers To Purchase" your home to you and assist you in all negotiations. I also guarantee that once you have accepted an offer that I will keep you informed during the entire process of closing.

• Offer you Relocation assistance and arrange to have these services provided to you anywhere you may be moving.
